Daxuan Welcomes an On-Site Visit from an International Customer

CHANGZHOU, China – In early July 2020, COVID-19 continued to spread around the world. China, however, had brought the domestic outbreak under effective control through the determined efforts of people across the country. Daxuan actively followed government guidance, overcame numerous challenges and worked to maintain both epidemic-control measures and the safe resumption of production.

On a rainy July 8 in Liyang, Jiangsu, Daxuan welcomed a delegation from a German-invested customer. As a leader in thermal technology, the customer paid particular attention to incoming raw-material inspection and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The two sides held detailed discussions on welding-material process innovation and product selection.

Accompanied by Daxuan's founder and chairman, Zhao Bo, the delegation toured the production workshop, including the incoming raw-material inspection area, the new flux-cored wire production line, the large-spool preparation area, the drying and precision-layer-winding areas, and the packaging and shipping area. The visitors also asked detailed questions about the manufacturing process.

The delegation concluded its visit with a tour of the laboratory and other quality-control departments. The customer spoke highly of Daxuan's shop-floor management and material-control procedures.

Chairman Zhao stated that Daxuan would continue to learn from internationally recognized benchmark companies, improve production capacity and product quality, and work toward becoming an innovator and leader in welding materials.
